Hi! I’m Oli.
I’m an IT professional with over fifteen years of experience, much of it focused on helping companies make the most of Macs and other Apple products in their businesses as well as being able to offer a diverse skillset across the entire spectrum of SaaS and IT products available. I've also helped manage offices and their people as well as keeping operations and facilities running smoothly.
Solving probems and keeping things efficient and on track has always been at the heart of what I do!
In recent years I’ve also spent a considerable amount of time renovating my 1850s Hanover home and picked up a wide range of practical skills and first-hand knowledge about looking after Brighton’s unique houses (and become a bit of a bungaroosh expert in the process!)
The Brighton Helpdesk is my way of bringing all of this together. Offering local people and businesses a trusted, practical helping hand - whether the challenge is digital, physical, or somewhere in between.
I believe in keeping things simple and upfront. I will always offer a free consultation, whether on the phone or in-person, and then for normal jobs within Brighton and Hove my rates are:
£50 per hour for smaller jobs, no callout fee or minimum time requirement
I’m also happy to provide per-job pricing if you’d prefer to work that way.
No hidden fees, no confusing extras, just straightforward pricing for the time you need.
